I Registered/Made a Purchase—Where's My Confirmation?

If you registered for a challenge or purchased one of our special offers, but have not yet received your confirmation emails, there may be a few reasons why:

  1. It just hasn’t reached you yet! The system may take a moment to trigger your Welcome Email after your purchase, so give it a little time. If you still haven’t heard from us in over a half hour…

  2. Make sure you are looking in the right inbox. If you used PayPal to pay, your messages will most likely be delivered to the email address you have linked to that account.

  3. The message may have been filtered into your junk/spam folder or even  bounced from your inbox. Check your junk emails, and then be sure to add support@100xacademy.com and most importantly pedro@100xacademy.com to your contacts or “Safe List” so you don’t miss anything! If you’ve checked your junk and it’s still not there…

  4. The messages must have bounced from your inbox. Please contact us via Chat in the bottom right corner so that we can get a member of the team to double check your account and ensure you get your important messages.
