When is the Event?
The event officially begins Thursday, March 9th and ends Saturday, March 11th. However, we are hosting a special worship service the evening of March 8th for anyone who would like to attend.

Closest airport is Dallas Love Field Airport. You can also fly into Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW)
Tickets & Registration
What if I can no longer make it in-person? Can I change my ticket to virtual?
Yes, if you can no longer make it in person you can exchange your ticket for a virtual one.
What is the Refund Policy?
No refunds will be made for any reason if changes have to be made or switched from in person to virtual or vice versa. Thank you for understanding and we look forward to seeing you there!
If I live outside the United States, do you have special pricing based on our exchange rates?
No, all our tickets are $95 USD

What is the Event Schedule Going to Be?
The event begins Thursday, March 9th at 9:00am. Hours are subject to minor modifications.
Thursday, March 9th 9:00am – 9:00pm Doors open at 8:30AM
Friday, March 10th 9:00am – 9:00pm Doors open at 8:30AM
Saturday, March 11th 9:00am – 3:00pm Doors open at 8:30AM

ATTIRE: The dress code is business casual for the event. Our meeting room WILL be on the cool side, so plan accordingly and bring an additional sweater, wrap, or jacket.
MEAL OPTIONS: The hotel’s on-site restaurant is open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner Monday - Friday, with breakfast and dinner available on weekends. There is also a Starbucks on site, open for breakfast and lunch.
Does the hotel offer free parking?
Valet parking, fee: $33 USD daily

Will there be an opportunity to meet Pedro & Suzette Adao?
Yes! When Pedro & Suzette are not on stage, they love to meet the new 100X family. If you see them in the hallways, say hey!
Will any meals be provided with my ticket?
No, you are responsible for your own meals & snacks throughout the day.

What's the difference between IN PERSON & VIRTUAL Tickets?
Both experiences are going to be AMAZING! In-Person means you are coming to Dallas, Texas. Virtual can be watched anywhere in the world where there is internet access.
Will all the speakers be present at the event?
Majority of the speakers will be at the event, but a few will be joining us via Livestream
Are we allowed to record audio/video at the event?
We do encourage taking photos & sharing on your social media stories, but long audio/video of the sessions are prohibited.
Is there an age limit to attend?
Anyone above the age of 18 can attend the conference.

Can I bring my baby/kids?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of this conference, we are not allowing small children.
Are there any Covid protocols for this event?
We do not require testing. However, if you are feeling sick, we encourage you to attend virtually. Hand Sanitizer will also be available.
Will you enforce a mask policy?
You may choose to wear a mask if needed.
What happens if I get sick while traveling to the Event and/or get sick at the Event?
- If you get sick before the Event, please modify your ticket registration to virtual.
- If you get sick at or during the Event, we ask that you notify us at www.AskPedro.com and do not attend. We will get you a virtual ticket so you won't miss out on any sessions
