100X APP

We are so excited to roll out our 100X APP this year! As with all new software, bugs always need to be worked out.  Before you head to chat to talk to a live agent, could you do these things first?

1. Confirm you are on the most up-to-date version.
2. Check what device you are on? Not just iOS and android, but make/model, if possible
3. Do you have an account with us?
4. Go to the FORGOT PASSWORD area of the login to reset your password.
5. If you still have issues, click on the bottom right-hand corner widget to speak with a live agent.
