Issues with the Wisdom APP

We are so excited to roll out our Wisdom APP this year! As with all new software, bugs always need to be worked out.  Before you head to chat to talk to a live agent, could you do these things first?

1. Confirm you are on the most up-to-date version.
2. Check what device you are on? Not just iOS and android, but make/model, if possible
3. Do you have an account with us?
4. Go to the FORGOT PASSWORD area of the login to reset your password.
5. If you are still having issues, come into chat at www.askPedro.com
